Module 3:  Simulation Exercise
Simulation Exercises on KPI Development  (Participants will have a chance to simulate the process of developing departmental objectives & KPIs under trainer’s facilitation)

He was the Survey Manager (in Compensation & Benefits) of Watson Wyatt Hong Kong Limited and a senior consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council. Mr. Chu has extensive consulting and training experience.
